About
I'm a Solution Architect and Senior Software Engineer with 18+ years architecting, building, and securing enterprise systems. The method rarely changes: understand the purpose a system exists to serve, study the problem underneath it, and let the stack follow from that. Cloud, security, full-stack, and AI are all tools, and which one matters depends entirely on the problem in front of it.
Today I design and run a tiered, multi-agent AI engineering system. Work is routed across models by task, agents are specialized by role, and every deploy stays human-gated. FactGuard, an evidence-verification platform, runs on it across web, a public REST API, and an MCP server.
Before that I spent eleven years leading the technical estate at a U.S. state agency. I owned the solution architecture, development and operations for a public-facing platform serving 100,000+ visitors a year. I also moved the infrastructure to AWS, consolidated a datacenter onto a virtualized estate, held a NIST-aligned security posture, and supervised the team that ran it.
My practice spans cloud on AWS and Firebase/GCP, security to NIST 800-53, and full-stack engineering. Alongside that I work hands-on across the AI stack: the Anthropic Claude API, Apple Foundation Models, Google Vertex AI, MCP servers, RAG, and multi-agent orchestration.

Multi-tenant community platform
Several separately branded diaspora communities served from one codebase: local business directory, events, jobs and forums. Embeddings are generated locally in-process rather than through an external service, feeding a retrieval-based answer layer.
Governed multi-product business platform
Demand generation, lead capture, document generation and collections in one TypeScript monorepo. Per-package type and test gates judged by exit code, ordered idempotent migrations across two independently versioned Postgres clusters, and operator tooling for kill-switch, restore drills and retention.
